Our Community Partner Program is designed to benefit not-for-profit organizations throughout Central Illinois with exposure and financial reward. Each of our concerts can bring in up to 1,000 people, and through our marketing efforts we reach thousands more in the Greater Peoria area.
Benefits
The HFO makes a donation of $250 from the concert’s proceeds to the partner.
A representative of yours introduces your organization from the stage before the concert begins
A table is provided for you to display information about your organization on concert night
Photos/slides of your choice will be shown in our powerpoint presentation that runs before the concert and at intermission
Your organization will be included in the concert program with a full page ad that you provide
Social media exposure on our networks as part of marketing for the concert
Your organization’s name included in concert marketing materials
